This House overlooks the Thames Estuary and is a short walk from Southend's Cliffs Pavilion.

provides rooms for 12 Residents and, as with Abbeyfield Southend's other Sheltered Houses, the services of a House Manager, Careline
emergency service and the support of the Administration Office are all included in the monthly charges.

This is a modern purpose-built House, situated in Oakengrange Drive, Southend on Sea.
The House provides
accommodation for 12 Residents and the services of House Manager, Careline emergency service and the support of the Society's
Administration Office.
Southchurch Boulevard
This is also a modern purpose-built House. It provides accommodation for 9 Residents together with services
of a House Manager, Careline emergency service and the support of the Society's Administration Office.
